Privacy Policy

The Outcomes Factory (“TOF”) runs customer acquisition for small businesses: websites, Google Ads, and answering customer enquiries on WhatsApp on our clients’ behalf.

Google Ads data

TOF’s internal tool connects to Google Ads accounts that our clients have authorised us to manage. It reads account settings, campaigns and performance reports, and creates or changes campaigns only after a TOF operator has approved them. We use this data only to run and report on those clients’ advertising. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for any other purpose. Only TOF staff can use the tool.

Customer enquiries

When someone contacts a business we serve, we store the conversation and contact details to answer the enquiry and pass it to that business, as agreed with them.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to TOF staff. We keep it for as long as we serve the client, and delete it on request when we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can revoke TOF’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about, correct or delete your data, email edwin@theoutcomesfactory.com.
